The more versatile you are and the more broad your skills range, will determine your starting pay. Room for advancement. Must be able to think outside the box because all of our jobs require creative problem solving and every job is different. Must be a self starter. Must have a driver's license, reliable transportation, positive attitude, communicate well with others, adapt to a changing schedule, and have a sense of humor. And you need heart.
