About Rhino Construction We are a family-owned, high-end residential remodeling company operating primarily within Seattle. With over 25 years of hands-on master carpentry and project management experience, our owners understand exactly what it takes to run a smooth, efficient job site. We believe in true work/life balance—we always have a full 40 hours of work available, we do not expect overtime, and when the team works hard, we have been known to shut down early on a Friday. We trust our leads to take ownership and tell us how they want to run their projects.
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
$45.00 - $55.00 per hour (Depending on experience, with a 90-day review).
Healthcare:

Time Off:
2 weeks PTO/Sick Pay + 6 Paid Holidays.
Perks:
Cell phone stipend and company laptop for management. What You'll Do Lead, motivate, and mentor your on-site crew and subcontractors while collaborating with the Project Manager and Superintendent. Perform structural, framing, and finish carpentry to the highest craftsmanship standards. Read architectural plans to execute accurate layouts, material takeoffs, and line out subcontractors. Manage 2-week and 4-week look-ahead schedules to ensure materials are ready and subs are booked. Maintain a highly organized, safe (OSHA compliant), and clean job site. Communicate professionally with clients, answering schedule questions and navigating change orders.
What You Bring Experience:
8+ years of professional, bags-on carpentry in residential remodeling.
Leadership:
2+ years acting as a Site Lead, Foreman, or Superintendent.
Blueprint Expertise:
You can pick up any set of plans, understand the layouts/takeoffs, and know what is missing and what questions to ask.
Tools & Transport:
You own basic hand and power tools customary for a lead carpenter, a valid WA driver's license, and reliable transportation.
