Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled carpenter with strong framing experience, along with solid siding, roofing, or foundation knowledge, to join our team. This role is designed for someone who can step in and repair or finish work after our main crews move on to the next job. You'll handle punch lists, ensure quality standards are met, and resolve issues before project closeout. This position comes with structured training and a growth plan to transition into a Superintendent role within 12-18 months.

Key Responsibilities Perform punch work:

framing corrections as well as siding repairs, roofing and or foundation repairs. Drive to multiple job sites daily; must be comfortable traveling frequently. Walk completed jobs to identify deficiencies and create punch lists. Work closely with department managers and superintendents to ensure projects are finished to RUDA standards. Learn and develop skills in site management, scheduling, and crew supervision. Assist with training crew members on best practices and quality control. Transition into a Superintendent role with responsibility for overseeing crews, schedules, and project delivery. Qualifications 5+ years of framing experience (required). Proficiency in siding, foundations or roofing repairs (preferred). Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and fix workmanship issues. Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and with multiple crews. Leadership potential and desire to grow into a Superintendent role.
