Responsibilities Interpret and follow detailed construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood, metal, drywall, siding, and other building materials using hand tools and power tools Erect metal buildings, perform framing (including dimensional measurements and metal stud framing), and install structural components with precision Conduct concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete finishing, plastering, and stucco work to support foundation and structural elements Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks such as lifting, moving materials, or site preparation when required Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide installation processes and ensure compliance with design specifications Assist with remodeling projects, restoration work, and siding applications while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper handling of tools and materials Skills Extensive experience in construction site activities including framing, drywall installation, trim carpentry, masonry, and siding Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints for accurate project execution Strong knowledge of metal building erection techniques and concrete forming processes Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, plastering, stucco application, and woodworking techniques Ability to operate hand tools (e.g., saws, hammers), power tools (e.g., drills, saws), heavy equipment safely and efficiently Familiarity with construction management principles to coordinate tasks effectively on-site Basic math skills for measurements and calculations; proficiency with tape measures essential Experience with steel framing (including metal stud framing) and drywall installation for interior finishes Knowledge of safety standards related to heavy lifting, scaffolding, welding (if applicable), and site safety procedures Ability to interpret construction plans accurately while maintaining attention to detail for quality workmanship Join our team if you're ready to build exceptional structures with skillful craftsmanship!
