Construction Framer

About the Role We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Framer to join our construction crew. If you enjoy building things the right way, working with a solid team, and taking pride in craftsmanship, you'll fit right in. This role focuses on framing residential and/or light commercial structures with accuracy, safety, and a good attitude on the job site. What You'll Do Build and install wood and metal framing for walls, floors, and roofs Read and follow plans, layouts, and measurements Use hand and power tools safely and confidently Work with the crew to keep projects moving smoothly and on schedule Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Troubleshoot and adjust as needed to keep framing square, level, and plumb What We're Looking For Experience in framing or general carpentry (we're open to different skill levels) Ability to lift materials, work on ladders, and handle physical tasks Someone who shows up on time, communicates well, and works well with others Basic knowledge of tools, measurements, and construction practices A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills What We Offer Steady work with a supportive team Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities to grow your skills and advance A company culture built on respect, teamwork, and quality craftsmanship
