While finish work is the "face" of the home, we know that a high-quality build starts with a square, level, and solid frame. If you take pride in the structural integrity of your work, we want to hear from you. The Requirements To maintain our standards of quality and reliability, we require the following from all applicants:
Experience:
Previous residential framing experience is preferred, though we are willing to train those with a strong mechanical aptitude and a basic understanding of construction processes. Reliability (Strict Requirement): You must have a steady work history with no significant employment gaps. We value dependability above all else.
Capability:
Must be physically able to handle the demands of rough-in carpentry, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
Transportation:
Reliable transportation to reach various job sites throughout the area is required. Primary Responsibilities Measuring, cutting, and assembling lumber to build residential frameworks (walls, floors, and roof systems). Reading and following blueprints and schematics with high accuracy. Collaborating with our established crew of journeymen to keep projects on schedule. Maintaining a clean and safe job site at all times.
Compensation & Industry-Leading Benefits Starting Pay:
Competitive hourly rate (DOE).
Retirement:
401k with employer matching (available after 1 year).
Health & Vision:
75% employer-paid (after 90 days).
Accident Coverage:
100% employer-paid (after 90 days).
Optional Insurance:
