Steady ongoing work, with opportunities to travel to other sites Superior Skilled Trades is looking for experienced Carpenters and Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) Erectors to join our team. You'll work on commercial and agricultural building projects in the Green Bay and Appleton areas - within about 60 miles or less. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship , enjoy working outdoors, and want a long-term role with consistent work , this is an excellent opportunity. Responsibilities Erect PEMB framing systems and steel structures Build and install pole barns from start to finish Assemble and bolt steel connections accurately Install metal siding, roofing, and sheeting Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints Safely operate hand and power tools Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience erecting PEMBs, pole barns, or working with steel/wood framing Skilled in framing, bolting, sheeting, and roof installation Comfortable working at heights using lifts, ladders, or scaffolding Must have basic hand tools and proper use of PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, high-visibility vest, work boots, harness) Reliable transportation to travel to job sites within a 60-mile radius Strong work ethic, punctual, and ready to start at 6:00 AM Why Join Us?
