Pole Barn Builder Job Description:

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking experienced carpenters to assist with the construction of pole barns and agricultural structures Brillion, WI. This role involves building pole barns from the ground up, including framing, steel installation, and exterior metal work. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works well with a crew, and is comfortable working outdoors in a construction environment. Qualifications for Carpenter -

Pole Barn Builder:

• Minimum 2 years of experience building pole barns or working with wood/steel framing
• Experience installing metal siding, roofing, and sheeting
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
• Experience assembling and fastening structural components
• Comfortable working at heights using ladders or lifts
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently with a team Additional Requirements for Carpenter -

Pole Barn Builder:

• Must have basic hand tools and proper PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, high-visibility vest, work boots)
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation to the job site
