Entry-Level Carpenter / Flooring Installation Helper Interiors by Angie - Appleton, WI Looking for a hands-on career where you can actually learn a skilled trade? Interiors by Angie is hiring an Entry-Level Carpenter / Flooring Installation Helper to join our installation team. Experience is welcome, but not required. We're more interested in finding someone dependable, hardworking, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn. What You'll Do Assist with installation of LVP, carpet, and other flooring Remove existing flooring and prepare subfloors Help with trim, transitions, baseboards, and finish carpentry Measure, cut, carry, and install materials Load/unload tools and materials Keep jobsites and company vehicles clean and organized Learn proper installation techniques from experienced installers What We're Looking For Dependable — you show up when you say you will Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Able to lift and carry flooring and construction materials Willing to work hard and learn Respectful in customers' homes Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Construction, carpentry, remodeling, or flooring experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person Why Interiors by Angie?
