Job Overview We are seeking motivated and dependable General Labor Carpenters to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various carpentry and construction projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple facets of the construction industry while contributing to meaningful projects that transform spaces. Whether assisting with framing, finishing, or site preparation, your energetic approach and attention to detail will help drive project success from start to finish. Responsibilities Assist with framing, drywall installation, and general carpentry tasks using hand tools and power tools. Support the installation of fixtures, doors, siding, cabinetry, and trim carpentry components. Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials for efficient workflow. Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and assist with layout marking. Perform heavy lifting of materials such as lumber, concrete forms, rebar, and other building supplies. Support concrete forming, masonry work, roofing tasks, and water damage restoration efforts as needed. Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites and operate equipment responsibly. Experience Prior experience in construction site environments or hands-on carpentry work is highly preferred. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, and basic blueprint reading is essential. Knowledge of various construction disciplines including framing, trim carpentry, roofing, siding installation, and drywall finishing. Experience with specialized tasks such as rebar installation, metal stud framing, CNC fabrication, or tile laying is a plus. Background in restoration industry projects such as mold remediation or water damage restoration will be advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday.
