Job Summary Now hiring dependable construction workers, carpenter helpers and siding installers for a large LP SmartSide siding project in Ashland, WI. This is a temporary project-based position expected to provide consistent full-time work throughout the duration of the project. Workers will be paired with experienced crew leaders and become part of a professional installation team. We are looking for individuals who take pride in quality work, show up on time, work safely and can contribute positively to a productive crew envrionment.

Pay:

$28-$32 / hour based on experience and skill level

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday Four 10-hour days Consistent full-time hours Potential for additional project opporutnities based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Assist with LP SmartSide siding installation Material handling and jobsite organization Layout, measuring, cutting and fastening materials Setup and use of ladders, scaffolding and power tools Site cleanup and maintaining a safe work environment Work directly alongside experienced siding installers and crew leaders.

Qualifications Preferred:

Experience in siding, framing, roofing, finish carpentry or general construction Comfortable using power tools and reading a tape measure Ability to work efficiently outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Required:

Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift 50+ lbs Ability to work safely at heights Dependable attendance
