• Specializing in Decks & Outdoor Living Spaces We're looking for skilled Carpenters who take pride in building beautiful, lasting outdoor spaces.

From custom decks to porches, pergolas, and exterior upgrades, you'll play a key role in bringing homeowners' backyard visions to life. If you're hands-on, hardworking, and detail-oriented with experience in exterior carpentry, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Build and install decks, railings, stairs, pergolas, and other outdoor structures Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and instructions with accuracy Frame, cut, and finish using wood, composite, and specialty materials Work with minimal supervision and take initiative on-site Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite Solve layout and measurement challenges with speed and accuracy Assist crew leaders and collaborate with team members to keep projects moving

What You Bring:

8+ years of carpentry experience, preferably focused on decks or outdoor construction Strong knowledge of framing, layout, and finishing techniques Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions Physically able to lift, climb, kneel, crawl, and maneuver materials Reliable, efficient, and quality-driven work ethic Familiarity with hand and power tools and ability to keep them in safe working order
