• 45/hour, DOE | Full-Time Most companies hire their best finish carpenter and call him a leader. We're not looking for that. We're looking for someone who's seen enough job sites to know how to solve a problem before it becomes a phone call
• someone who can open a wall, find something nobody expected, and already be three steps into the solution by the time we hear about it.

WHO YOU ARE

You've been in construction long enough that very little surprises you, and when something does, you can connect the dots and figure it out. You know building code well enough to catch a problem before an inspector does. You can stand in front of a homeowner and answer their hardest question with a straight, confident answer

• not a guess. You'll put in the extra hour when a job needs it to stay on schedule, because you take ownership of the outcome, not just the task. You'd rather solve it yourself than escalate it
• but you know exactly where that line is. You'd rather spend ten minutes teaching someone the right way than quietly do it yourself and leave them behind
• a rising tide raises all ships, and you want the whole crew getting better, not just the job getting done.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN DAY TO DAY

Run the job site

• sequencing, crew direction, and quality
• across interior remodels, additions, decks, window replacements, and siding. Read plans and technical drawings and translate them into decisions on-site, not questions back to us. Catch code and structural issues before they become inspection failures or change orders. Be the person the homeowner calls when something needs an answer today
• and give them one they can trust. Lead and train less experienced guys on the crew
• not just directing traffic, but actually making them better craftsmen over time.

WHAT WE'RE NOT ASKING FOR

You don't have to be the crew's best finish carpenter. If your resume is mostly about trim work and perfect miters, this isn't the fit. We're hiring judgment and ownership first

• the craftsmanship you already have is enough.

QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of hands-on construction experience. Experience leading or running a crew on-site, not solely working as a solo tradesperson. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
