## Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Post Frame Construction Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing post frame buildings, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. ## Duties
- Construct post frame buildings according to blueprints and specifications
- Install trusses, metal roofing, siding, and other building components
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure worksite cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time ## Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficiency in using various construction tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines in construction sites
