Job Description

Our client, Industrial is seeking an Assembly to join their team. As an Assembly, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, adaptability, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Chippewa Falls, WI & Eau Claire, WI Pay Range:
$14-$16 depending on shift PLUS time and a half pay after 28 hours worked each week
Shift:
1st, 2nd & 3rd shift What's the Job? Perform a variety of fulfillment tasks including running gluer machines, folding, forming, and assembling products. Operate machinery such as stitchers, wrappers, banders, and laminators to support production needs. Assist in assembly tasks like kitting, gluing, and forming to ensure product quality and efficiency. Print load tags for finished goods, raw materials, and work-in-progress items as required. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by performing cleanup activities and following safety procedures. What's Needed? No prior experience required; training will be provided. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work within established guidelines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
