Job Description
Drywall & Finish Carpenter Miller Enterprises is a small, fast-growing family business specializing in real estate, property improvements, remodeling, and repairs. We are also licensed General and HVAC contractors and are looking to grow our team with the right person who is dependable, skilled, and willing to learn and grow with the company. We are looking for an experienced Drywall & Finish Carpenter to join our remodeling team. Pay $30-$40 per hour , based on experience and skill level. Job Responsibilities Install, repair, and finish drywall, including patching, taping, mudding, and texturing Perform framing and general carpentry work Install and repair doors, trim, baseboards, cabinets, and other finish carpentry Complete demolition and prepare areas for remodeling Perform drywall repairs and punch-list work Assist with flooring installation and other remodeling tasks as needed Measure, cut, and install construction materials accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Work independently while meeting project deadlines Identify problems and provide practical solutions on renovation projects Follow quality standards and complete work with attention to detail Qualifications Proven experience in drywall, carpentry, or residential remodeling Strong drywall finishing skills preferred Knowledge of basic carpentry and construction techniques Ability to read measurements and use common power and hand tools Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional attitude, dependable work ethic, and attention to detail Must be able to lift materials and perform physical construction work Preferred Experience Residential remodeling Property renovations Drywall hanging and finishing Framing and finish carpentry Flooring installation Punch-list and property turnover work What We Offer $30-$40/hour , depending on experience Consistent remodeling and property improvement projects Opportunity for ongoing work with a growing family-owned company Variety of residential renovation projects Hands-on, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to learn new skills and grow with the company.
