Overview Join our construction team as a Construction Framer, where you'll play a vital role in bringing architectural visions to life through precise and skilled framing work. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from wood building erection to intricate trim carpentry, ensuring structures are built safely, efficiently, and to exact specifications. Duties Erect wood buildings and install framing systems using studs, wood, and other materials according to blueprints and technical drawings Interpret construction plans and technical drawings accurately to ensure precise framing and structural integrity Execute drywall installation, plastering, and finishing tasks to achieve smooth surfaces aligned with project standards Operate power tools, hand tools, tape measures, and other equipment safely and effectively on-site Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for frame carpentry, masonry, and restoration projects Qualifications Will train on site but proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and other construction equipment is a bonus. Ability to perform basic math calculations essential for accurate measurements and material estimations Experience with woodworking, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, plastering, and remodeling projects is highly desirable Physical stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights or in confined spaces as needed We value craftsmanship, safety awareness, and teamwork. Be available full time Monday through Friday. Have reliable transportation to work. Whether you're experienced or eager to grow your skills in construction management or specialized trades like concrete finishing or restoration—your expertise will help. All roles are paid positions committed to supporting your career development in a vibrant construction environment.

$20.00 - $40.00 per hour
