Job Description

Skilled Carpenter ~ Express Employment Professionals is looking for someone with high energy, positive outlook & attitude, and a good personality, who wants to learn more! This is an evaluation-to-hire position. Green Bay, WI $20-$23 per hour
BOE Full Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (Days and Hours may change based on job) We are hiring a Skilled Carpenter to assist our client with residential and commercial renovation work. This role involves demolition, using tools, putting in complete kitchens, baths, building garages, and more! Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Perform demolition of residential homes and commercial displays as directed. Carry and remove debris from the job site (This may include cabinets, counter tops, bathtubs, etc.) Demo will usually be the 1st & 2nd day of the new worksite, while waiting for the materials to come in for that job. Will use wheelbarrows, and hand tools, electric and cordless tools. Read basic blueprints. Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow directions from your site supervisor. Requirements to include (but not limited to): Ability to perform physical work (lifting, carrying, bending, squatting, standing, stretching) Reliable, dependable. Needs to have construction/maintenance knowledge. Will need to be able to read a measuring tape and know basic tools (this will be tested). MUST have a valid/current Driver's License.
Dress Code:
Must have steel toe boots Safety glasses Long or short sleeve shirt (nothing offensive, no holes) Jeans/cargos/shorts (no holes) Must present yourself professionally, as clients/customers will be on site. This position is a
LONG TERM
position, as this client would like to make this particular applicant into a Crew Lead/Supervisor to build another crew. Must have the ability to want to lead and be part of a team.
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
