We specialize in residential construction, remodeling, general contracting, and property improvement projects. We take pride in quality workmanship, doing things right, and building lasting relationships with our customers. The Position We are looking for an Experienced Lead Carpenter to join our crew. The ideal candidate is someone who knows the construction industry, takes pride in their work, can work independently when needed, and is comfortable taking the lead on projects and working alongside the rest of our crew. Responsibilities Residential framing and general carpentry Remodeling and renovation work Interior and exterior finish carpentry Installing windows, doors, siding, trim, and other building components Reading plans, measurements, and project specifications Coordinating daily work on the jobsite Maintaining quality workmanship throughout the project Helping keep projects organized and moving forward Working safely and professionally on customers' properties Communicating with the owner, crew members, subcontractors, and customers as needed What We're Looking For Previous carpentry/construction experience required Strong knowledge of residential construction Ability to accurately measure, cut, frame, and finish Ability to work independently without constant supervision Dependable and punctual Strong work ethic Attention to detail Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of construction work Leadership or crew-lead experience is preferred Why Work With Holsclaw Building?
