Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction and carpentry tasks, demonstrating proficiency in both residential and commercial projects. This role requires hands-on experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on a construction site. The will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Execute trim carpentry and frame carpentry tasks with precision Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Read blueprints and schematics to guide construction processes Participate in fabrication tasks for various construction components Conduct roofing, siding, and cabinet installation activities Handle heavy lifting and physical labor associated with construction tasks Support remodeling efforts including flooring installation and tile laying Collaborate with team members and subcontractor crews on plumbing, electrical work, masonry, and metal stud framing projects Ensure compliance with safety regulations on the job site Qualifications Proven experience in the residential construction, remodeling and/or related fields is preferred Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and practices Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Capacity for physical labor including heavy lifting as required by job duties Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites Join us as a where your skills will contribute significantly to our projects while working in a dynamic team environment.
