We are seeking an experienced Residential Carpenter to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. This position will primarily involve carpentry work in residential homes, with a strong focus on remodeling, framing, and finish carpentry.
The ideal candidate will have solid residential carpentry experience, take pride in their workmanship, and be comfortable working in customers' homes. A professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic are essential.
Responsibilities
Perform residential carpentry work on remodeling projects.
Complete framing and finish carpentry tasks.
Assist with various phases of residential renovations.
Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work safely and efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and team members.
Requirements
Previous residential carpentry experience required.
Experience with framing and finish carpentry.
Remodeling experience strongly preferred.
Must have a good attitude and professional demeanor.
Must be presentable and comfortable working inside residential homes.
Must provide basic hand tools and PPE.
No specific certifications or state licenses required.
No drug screen or background check required.
