We hold ourselves to the highest standards of quality and take pride in our work and aim to exceed expectations. What You'll Be Doing:
Remodel and finish basements, bathrooms, and additions Install windows, egress windows Build custom decks and porches Keep the project site clean and appear professional daily. Prepare the site for appropriate work tasks. Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials with precision using hand tools, power tools, and machinery. Follow plans and blueprints with accuracy and attention to detail Safely perform demolition of existing structures Perform other job duties as needed

Requirements:
2-5+ years of experience in residential remodeling A two-year technical degree in construction, carpentry and remodeling can substitute for the work experience. • Must be able to safely and confidently use all power tools and saws Ability to read and interpret building plans, measure accurately, and deliver quality craftsmanship Experience with interior and exterior work Must be able to lift and carry 75 pounds Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our shop in McFarland, WI or to job sites in the Dane County area Tool belt with basic carpentry tools We provide all other tools needed - we provide what you need on site.
