This position involves a wide range of carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, and general construction work. Candidates should be detail-oriented, capable of working independently or as part of a crew, and committed to producing high-quality work. Responsibilities Perform rough and finish carpentry work Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, and trim Ensure all work meets safety and building code standards Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Collaborate with team members and project managers Qualifications Proven experience as a carpenter (residential and/or commercial) Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Valid driver's license preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $27-$38/hr (negotiable based on experience) Full-time, steady work Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Opportunities for advancement
