(ESC, Inc.) is currently seeking a dependable Bilingual Carpenter / Laborer for a full-time opportunity in Milwaukee, WI . This position is ideal for someone with experience in carpentry, construction, wood fabrication, crate building, pallet building, or industrial assembly who is comfortable working with hand and power tools.

Schedule Monday-Thursday:

6:00 AM - 3:00

PM Friday:

6:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Noon) Pay Starting at $17.00 per hour Job Responsibilities Build and assemble custom wooden crates and shipping materials Measure, cut, and assemble lumber according to specifications Operate nail guns, staple guns, saws, drills, and other hand/power tools Read and accurately use a tape measure Follow measurements, drawings, work instructions, and basic blueprints Assist with material handling and general production duties Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures Qualifications Previous carpentry, construction, crate building, pallet building, woodworking, or similar hands-on experience preferred Must be comfortable using power tools and pneumatic tools Ability to accurately read a tape measure Ability to measure and cut lumber to required dimensions Able to perform physical labor throughout the shift Dependable attendance and ability to report to work by 6:00 AM Bilingual English/Spanish required Steel-toe footwear required Safety-minded and able to follow instructions Apply Today Interested candidates should contact Employment Service Connection, Inc.
