Job Description
Resolve Restoration is a growing restoration company looking for an experienced, dependable carpenter to join our team. We specialize in restoring homes and businesses affected by water damage, fire and smoke damage, mold, and biohazard losses . Unlike traditional new construction, our work involves helping property owners rebuild after unexpected damage. Projects vary from smaller residential repairs to larger reconstruction projects, so we're looking for someone who is versatile, takes pride in their work, and can handle a variety of carpentry and repair tasks. Responsibilities Perform reconstruction and repair work following water, fire, mold, and biohazard mitigation Framing and structural repairs Drywall installation and finishing Trim, baseboard, doors, and finish carpentry Cabinet and fixture installation Flooring and other general reconstruction work Assess jobsite conditions and determine materials and labor needed Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and other team members Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Assist with other restoration and reconstruction tasks as needed What We're Looking For We are seeking someone with professional carpentry or construction experience who is comfortable working independently while also being part of a team. Applicants should have a strong understanding of residential construction and repair practices, be able to problem-solve in the field, and take pride in producing quality finished work. Experience with remodeling, insurance restoration, fire/water restoration, or residential reconstruction is especially valuable. Applicants should have a valid driver's license, reliable attendance, good communication skills, and the ability to perform the physical requirements of construction and restoration work. Pay:
