Badger State Staffing is hiring Carpenter / Construction Laborers! We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join a modular home construction team . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn multiple construction trades, and takes pride in seeing a finished product come together. Job Duties You will assist with multiple stages of modular home construction, including: Rough framing and carpentry Roofing and siding Plumbing and electrical Drywall and painting Flooring installation Trim and finish work Reading and following home designs and work instructions Using drills, saws, hand tools, power tools, and air tools Assembling homes according to applicable building codes Maintaining a clean, professional, and safe work area What We're Looking For Construction or carpentry experience is helpful, but we are willing to consider individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work well as part of a team Dependable and able to follow verbal and written instructions Good attention to detail Basic math and problem-solving skills Comfortable using hand and power tools Able to perform physically demanding work Strong commitment to workplace safety Professional and dependable attitude Work Environment This is a hands-on construction position. Employees may be exposed to loud noise, dust, airborne particles, moving equipment, and vibration. Required personal protective equipment may include safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toe boots, gloves, knee pads, and dust masks.
