We're Marten Building and we actually like Mondays. Yep, you read that right. We're a general contracting crew that likes what we do — building solid stuff with good people. We've got a framing crew of three right now, and we're on the hunt for a fourth: someone who knows their way around a tape measure, can think on their feet, and isn't afraid to take the lead when the boss is off wrangling lumber deliveries.

What We're Looking For:

A framer with real experience — you can read plans, make things square, and keep a crew moving. Someone dependable, with a solid sense of humor (we promise, we're pretty fun to work with). A problem-solver who doesn't melt when things get a little crooked — you just fix it and move on. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (we'd love to trust your cousin's truck, but…).
