Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and spirits with precision and flair. Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Toast POS, ensuring prompt service. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, offering beverage recommendations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Manage cash handling and processing of all transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales records. Deliver food and beverages to customers' locations promptly while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and delivery equipment in compliance with food safety standards. Assist in beverage recipe development and suggestively sell to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including Toast POS for order processing and sales tracking. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer offerings. Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining quality service standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty. Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and proper sanitation practices within the hospitality industry. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments such as restaurants, or banquet settings. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
