Overview We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various carpentry and labor tasks to support construction projects. Duties

• Perform carpentry work including framing
• Operate heavy equipment as needed for construction projects
• Conduct heavy lifting tasks to move materials and equipment
• Read and interpret schematics and blueprints
• Execute tasks related to labor work such as cleaning job sites and preparing materials Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Carpenter or Laborer
• Proficiency in carpentry skills including trim carpentry.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of restoration techniques.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
