Job Description

Skillforce Inc. is currently hiring experienced Finish Carpenters for upcoming condominium projects in Wausau, WI . The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of carpentry experience , with strong experience in finish and interior carpentry. Pay is $30-$35 per hour based on skill set and experience.
Finish Carpenter Responsibilities:
Perform finish carpentry work on condominium construction projects Install baseboards, trim, molding, and other finish materials Install and adjust doors, door frames, and hardware Measure, cut, fit, and install wood and finish materials accurately Complete interior finishing and punch-list work Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and project specifications Ensure completed work meets quality standards and project requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area Work collaboratively with other trades and contractors to keep projects on schedule
Finish Carpenter Qualifications:
3+ years of carpentry experience Previous finish carpentry experience required Experience working on residential, multifamily, or condominium projects preferred Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install finish materials Ability to read a tape measure and use standard carpentry tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must have your own basic hand and power tools and PPE Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
