Position Overview The Lead Carpenter / Remodeling Team Leader will be responsible for running residential remodeling projects from start to finish. This role includes hands-on carpentry, jobsite leadership, apprentice supervision, and daily project execution. You will lead production on interior remodeling, carpentry, and home renovation projects while helping maintain Rylynn Remodeling's standards for quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
