Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Carpenter to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of carpentry and labor tasks on residential and commercial projects. This role is ideal for someone who already has experience in construction, carpentry, and looking to grow within the company Responsibilities Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project requirements. Use hand tools and power tools for woodworking, framing, trim carpentry, cabinetry, Deck/Railing construction. Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks such as Demolition, Deck Construction, Retaining Wall Construction Tow trailers, move equipment/materials Snow Removal operating trucks with snowplows or skid steers

Requirments:

Prior construction experience with a strong understanding of residential carpentry and general building practices. Skilled in using hand tools and power tools Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting 50+ lbs and working at heights Physically fit and able to comfortably climb ladders/work at heights Strong commitment to safety procedures related to power tools and construction site protocols.
