Job description: We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join a respected construction company specializing in custom high-end residential homes and premium renovation projects. This company is known for exceptional craftsmanship, precision detail, and delivering luxury homes built to the highest standards. Projects include custom new construction, upscale remodels, additions, and fine finish work for discerning homeowners. The Carpenter will play a key role in building and finishing luxury residential projects, working with quality materials and detailed plans. Responsibilities:
Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom high-end homes Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and architectural drawings Install framing, doors, windows, trim, crown molding, cabinetry, and custom woodwork Complete remodeling, additions, and renovation work with high attention to detail Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials accurately Work with premium materials while maintaining quality standards Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to meet deadlines Follow all safety procedures and company expectationsQualifications:
Previous carpentry experience required Experience in finish carpentry or custom residential construction preferred Ability to read blueprints and detailed plans Strong knowledge of framing, trim work, and general construction methods High attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to lift materials and perform physical labor daily Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must pass pre employment screeningsPreferred Experience:

- Understanding the general process of building or renovating a custom home from start to finish
- Reading blueprints and troubleshooting difficult projects for successful and timely completion
- Custom home framing, including stairs, complex decks, window and door installation
- Basic concrete forming and finishing
- Interior trim finish work, doors, complex baseboard and crown, cabinet installation, stair posts, stair railing and stair balusters
- Some experience operating equipment such as skid steers and excavators
- Account for and order additional material on site as needed-You will be expected to communicate with the company owner on a daily basis about tasks, process, and performance.
- A clean driving record
- A driver's license in good standing
- An ability to get to work every day
