Job description: Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Property Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various after water, fire and mold damage in residential and commercial spaces. This role may also involve specialized cleaning tasks related to the structure fire and water damage restoration, and mold remediation. A strong commitment to safety and quality is essential in this position. Duties Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming On site and in the warehouse . Execute specialized cleaning tasks related to fire restoration and water damage restoration On contents and in the structure . Conduct mold remediation procedures following safety protocols. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various restoration projects. Clean personal property using established processes to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Participate in construction-related cleaning tasks as needed. Store personal property in vaults Safely load personal property for transport Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while performing duties. Skills Proven experience in cleaning with a focus on attention to detail. Knowledge of fire restoration and water damage restoration techniques. Familiarity with the restoration industry is highly desirable. Experience in cleaning personal property and structure is a definite plus . Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Background in construction or related fields is a plus.
