Delivery Diver/Helper

Job Overview We are seeking energetic and dependable Delivery Drivers and Helpers to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the vital link between our company and our customers, ensuring timely, safe, and professional delivery of goods. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help us deliver exceptional service while supporting the smooth operation of our delivery processes. Duties include delivering and installing appliances to residential and commercial customers. All routes done with a team of two to safely and effectively complete all deliveries. Drivers must have a For Hire endoresement and a DOT physical. We operate Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays if effected by weather etc. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Load, unload, and secure goods using equipment such as hand trucks or pallet jacks when necessary. Deliver products to customers' locations promptly, following designated routes and schedules. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns politely. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection records to ensure compliance and safety. Qualifications Prior experience as a delivery driver or courier is highly preferred. Valid driver's license with For Hire endoresement and DOT physical for driver position Familiarity with operating box trucks Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks safely during load & unload activities. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Experience in delivery and appliance installation is advantageous, but willing to train the right candidates. Knowledge of route driving best practices to optimize delivery efficiency.
