Job Overview We are seeking dedicated Restoration Movers to join our clients dynamic team, providing essential services in disaster recovery, general cleaning, and moving of household goods. This role involves responding swiftly to emergency situations, performing thorough cleaning and restoration tasks, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients. Duties of the Restoration Movers Respond promptly to emergency calls involving water, fire, flood, or mold damage, demonstrating emergency response readiness. Perform comprehensive cleaning of household goods Use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as respiratory protection and safety gear during all restoration activities. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including photos and reports for client records. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient job site management and client satisfaction. Requirements Restoration Movers Prior cleaning or moving experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields is highly preferred. Strong understanding of safety protocols including PPE use and respiratory protection standards. Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations. Flexibility to work on-call hours for emergency response needs.
