Job Description Insight Global is seeking experienced Commercial Divers to support underwater inspections, hull cleaning, and maintenance on Navy vessels. Divers will conduct inspections, identify and report vessel defects, and work as part of a team performing ship husbandry operations. This role offers a clear path into Assistant Supervisor and Dive Supervisor positions. The pay for this position is highly dependent on experience and willingness for overtime but is generally $90k

• 2+ years of commercial or industrial diving experience
• Documented dive logs/water hours
• Ability to work safely in underwater ship environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• ADCI Dive Supervisor certification
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Military diving background
• Ship husbandry or vessel inspection experience
• Project management experience
