This field-based position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working independently, and possess strong problem-solving skills. Repossession Agents are responsible for locating and recovering vehicles and equipment on behalf of financial institutions while adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Key Responsibilities Locate and recover vehicles, equipment, and other collateral assigned by clients. Conduct field investigations to identify asset locations. Safely secure and transport recovered assets when required. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of recovery activities. Communicate effectively with management, dispatch personnel, and team members. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations governing repossession activities. Represent RMS professionally while interacting with customers, law enforcement agencies, and business partners. Perform routine inspections of company equipment and vehicles. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of repossession, towing, recovery, or related field experience required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Knowledge of repossession laws, regulations, and industry best practices is preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to work 10-hour shifts. Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift as required by job duties. Ability to operate recovery equipment and vehicles safely. Compensation & Benefits Competitive commission-based pay.
