Years Old General Job Description:
Grade and smooth concrete using various Tools Monitor the effects of wind, heat, and cold on the curing of concrete Work with concrete and aggregate materials Obtain specified finish according to building plans Follow guidelines to maintain a safe working environment Perform additional tasks as instructed by supervisor including clean-up and housekeeping tasks
Requirements:
Valid Driver's License Ability to Pass a Drug Screen and Background Check Minimum 2 Years' Experience working with Concrete o Must be familiar with various concrete tools Working knowledge of basic construction math, familiarity of hand and power tools, general knowledge of blueprints o Knowing how to grade, and run a vibrator (Plus) o Knowledge of Various Concrete Tools Ability to perform job specific physical requirements under the specified working conditions - This is considered a Labor Intense Jobs o Able to work on knees, bend for extended period, and lift over 50lbs Willing to perform any assigned task o Clean Up concrete after each product is cast o Must help other areas when concrete is not being poured Self-sufficient and self-motivated Reliable and timely transportation
