Job Description Manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain project schedules and quality standards. Supervise on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly. Collaborate with project managers to align on project goals and deliverables. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure expectations are met. Oversee quality control and inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship. Travel as required to project sites within the Central Alabama region. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent - Central Al Travel - Concrete Scope should have: Experience with managing construction projects, particularly those involving concrete scopes. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders. Ability to travel as required to project sites in the Central Alabama region. Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Proficiency in interpreting construction plans and specifications.
