The ideal candidate takes pride in high‑quality workmanship, shows up ready to work, and understands the importance of doing the job right the first time. You'll be responsible for placing, finishing, and repairing concrete for residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities Concrete placement — Pour, spread, and level concrete using hand tools and power equipment. Surface finishing — Smooth, float, trowel, edge, broom, and stamp surfaces to required specifications. Formwork setup — Assist with building, setting, and stripping forms. Site preparation — Grade, compact, and prepare work areas. Repair & patching — Perform concrete repairs, resurfacing, and joint work. Equipment care — Maintain tools and ensure safe operation on job sites.
