Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain concrete pump trucks, following all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment. Set up and connect hoses for concrete placement. Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the pump, hoses, and related equipment. Conduct light maintenance and troubleshooting as needed. Collaborate with site supervisors, crew members, and concrete delivery personnel to ensure smooth project execution. Uphold strict adherence to safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment. Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional interactions on-site. Qualifications Valid CDL (Class A or B) and DOT Med Card required. Clean driving record with no preventable DOT accidents in the last 36 months. Previous concrete pump operating experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate). Strong understanding of concrete properties and placement techniques. Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly. Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions. Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills. Ability to work overtime, including weekends as needed.
