In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to concrete installation, finishing, and related construction activities. Your expertise will help ensure the successful completion of commercial, residential, and renovation projects, adhering to safety standards and quality expectations. Responsibilities Prepare construction sites by setting up formwork, rebar installation, and ensuring proper layout according to blueprints and technical drawings Operate concrete mixers, power tools, heavy equipment, and hand tools safely and efficiently during pouring, cutting, finishing, and sealing concrete surfaces Interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprint specifications to execute precise concrete work and formwork construction Perform concrete pouring, finishing, smoothing, and sealing to achieve desired surface quality and durability Assist with masonry tasks such as stucco application, plastering, caulking, tile laying, and flooring installation as needed Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations and heavy lifting procedures to maintain a safe working environment Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople on renovation projects involving metal stud framing, framing carpentry, or restoration work Requirements Proven experience working on construction projects with a focus on concrete work or related trades such as masonry or carpentry Strong mechanical knowledge of tools like concrete mixers, power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment operation Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately for precise execution of tasks Knowledge of construction estimating processes and interpreting construction plans for project planning Familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform tasks requiring stamina in outdoor or indoor environments Experience with rebar installation, formwork construction, concrete cutting, finishing techniques including troweling and sealing Valid driver's license for commercial driving if required for equipment transport or site access Join our team if you're passionate about building durable structures with precision!
