Commercial / Industrial Construction About the Role We're looking for experienced Concrete Finishers who know their way around a slab and take pride in their work. This is not a helper position. You must be able to work independently, read a tape, and produce clean, professional finishes. If you show up on time, work hard, and don't need babysitting — you'll do well here. Responsibilities Set forms and check for proper depth and pitch Place, level, and smooth concrete Screed, float, and trowel concrete to grade Edge, groove, and finish surfaces Operate power trowels and finishing equipment Apply curing compounds as needed Repair surface imperfections Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Follow all safety standards on site Requirements 2+ years of concrete finishing experience Ability to read a tape measure accurately Experience with hand tools and power trowels Ability to lift 50+ lbs Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Preferred (but not required): Experience with commercial or industrial slabs Experience with rebar, layout, or form setting OSHA 10 What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Weekly pay Opportunity for long-term work Supportive team environment How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed with your resume or brief work history.
