Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and oversee concrete construction projects on-site. In this dynamic role, you will coordinate crews, manage daily operations, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality concrete work that meets project specifications and deadlines. Responsibilities Lead and supervise concrete crews, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to develop and adhere to construction schedules using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software Review construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure accurate execution of concrete work Monitor construction site safety in compliance with OSHA regulations and federal safety standards, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections Manage procurement of materials, including concrete mixes, reinforcement, formwork, and tools, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met Oversee quality control processes by inspecting work for adherence to design specifications, conducting tests with equipment like ohmmeters when necessary Maintain detailed records of daily progress, safety incidents, material usage, and labor hours using construction management software. Qualifications Five years experience supervising concrete construction projects with strong crew management skills Familiarity with construction safety regulations such as OSHA standards and federal safety protocols Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately Strong communication skills for managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring clear documentation of project progress Hands-on experience with construction site operations in residental concrete work Knowledge of construction regulations related to concrete work and site safety practices Join us as a Concrete Foreman to lead impactful projects that shape communities!
