• Report to the Lead on job site.
• Set concrete forms.
• Finish concrete.
• Perform various labor task on job site and at equipment yard (i.e. shovel concrete, operate blowers, clean up job sites, etc.)
• Lay tile. Experience a plus, but not required. Will train.
• Learn to operate skid steers and any other equipment necessary for successful completion of job.
• Be punctual.
• Drive various size trucks to and from the job sites. Must have a clear driving record.
• Pool construction experience recommended.

Not required, will train.

Skills & Qualifications Preferred:

• 2 or more years of hands on field experience in concrete work.
• Strong work ethic with a desire to succeed.
• Valid driver license. Class A CDL is a plus, but not required. Must have a clear driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Ability to work 50
• 70 hours a week including weekends during busy season. Compensation & Benefits
