We're a growing commercial and decorative concrete division looking for a sharp, highly organized Operations Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our team. This is the seat that keeps our jobs running — you'll own inventory, ordering, scheduling, customer communication, and invoicing, and you'll help us tighten and improve the systems behind all of it. It's a role for someone who takes pride in being the person everything runs through. What We're Looking For:
Strong technology skills — comfortable and quick with spreadsheets, email, scheduling tools, and software; able to learn and improve our CRM and estimating systems, not just maintain them Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable juggling multiple priorities — scheduling, ordering, and customer communication in the same day Strong written and verbal communication skills A self-starter who takes ownership and gets things across the finish line Experience in construction, concrete, or a trade-related operations/coordination role is a plus (we'll train the right person)
