Job Description
We have bought an acre of land in Crystal Beach area of Lake Havasu. I am looking to hire 1 to 4 people for the next 6 months to a year at potentially elevated pay based on the length of time of the project. I have 250 plus yards of concrete to pour, metal shop building to erect as well as fencing and other things to get done. I own several pieces of equipment some are brand new to be able to be utilized doing so. To start with I need people to help grade and prep for concrete. I will be there onsite most weekends. The ideal candidate can work 5 to 6 days a week with the assumption that most Saturdays will be mandatory so we have some overlap. The stronger the candidates the more freedom you can have. I don't mind overtime as well as we are being effective. If you are looking for just some extra part time hours I can make that work as well since I will gladly take help on Saturdays and Sundays when I am there.
