Responsibilities Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete Prepare and grade job sites Place and tie rebar Set forms and remove forms after concrete has cured Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment Operate hand and power tools safely Maintain a clean and organized job site Qualifications Previous construction or concrete experience preferred but not required Willingness to learn concrete finishing techniques Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly Reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to work outdoors in Arizona weather Punctual and dependable What You'll Learn At Bridge Concrete, we believe in investing in our employees.
