Job Description

We are looking for hardworking and dependable individuals to join our team. Work performed may include, but is not limited to: Demolition Carpentry Mixing, placing, and finishing concrete and repair mortars Rebar installation Welding Waterproofing Epoxy injection Carbon fiber reinforcement Wood truss repairs Masonry repairs Caulking Expansion joints Coating application Different skill levels are welcome, and employees will be assigned different positions based on experience. Requirements Reliable and punctual attendance Typical work hours vary between 5:00 AM and 4:00 PM depending on the time of year Ability to pass a drug test Familiarity with construction tools and processes Strong willingness to learn Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds Ability to work 8+ hour days in hot weather under strenuous conditions Ability to perform physically demanding tasks Ability to work well as part of a team Full time - 40 hour minimum Reliable transportation Responsibilities Clean and prepare job sites and work areas Safely operate tools and machinery Load, unload, and handle materials Follow directions and project plans provided by supervisors Perform duties based on skill level and experience Work locations will vary as we have job site locations throughout the valley.
